Landscapes in charcoal

"I started working in charcoal almost by accident while on paternity leave. Both wife and daughter were fast asleep so to relieve the boredom I dug out the only artist materials I had in the house at that time - an old and dusty piece of willow charcoal and a dry putty rubber. The rest of paternity leave was spent drawing".
